These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Florida Man TV service (“Service”), operated by Florida Man TV LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree—don’t use the service. It’s that simple.

1. Overview

Florida Man TV is a streaming platform offering access to live TV, movies, and shows via a recurring subscription. The content is wild, the streams are strong, and the vibes are strictly Florida.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer the following subscription options:

Monthly Plan – $20 per month, Quarterly Plan – $50 every 3 months, Annual Plan – $150 per year

Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4. No Refunds. Ever.

Let us be crystal clear:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind, Lack of use, Service interruptions, Outages, Misplaced remotes, Gator attacks, Apocalypse

If you subscribed, you agreed to this. If the service ends, you will not receive a refund for the remaining term. You’re paying for access—not a guarantee of eternal uptime.

5. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure. DO NOT share your account with people outside your household Be responsible for all activity under your account

If your cousin’s roommate’s barber logs in—it’s still on you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Florida Man TV are owned by us or our licensors. You get the right to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. Don’t redistribute, pirate, or act like you own it.

7. Service Availability

We try to keep things running smoothly, but we make no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or uptime. This includes—but is not limited to—technical issues, server downtime, third-party errors, or acts of Florida Man.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse, piracy, or just being a jerk. No refund will be issued in such cases.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide the service “as-is” with no warranties. You use it at your own risk.

We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, accidental, comedic, or catastrophic) related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow exclusions of certain liabilities. If that applies, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days—if anything.

10. Changes to the Terms

We can update these Terms whenever we feel like it. Changes go into effect once posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes. No need for a notarized scroll.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in Florida.
